• Develop and execute Visual Merchandising Plan across all retail stores in lined with brand vision and strategy by closely collaborating with HQ team
• Regularly update VM guidelines and materials and provide trainings for retail team in regards to all projects including window displays, in-store highlights, events and promotions
• Ensure clear comprehension and application of VM guidelines based on consolidate information across all product categories
• Make VM reports compiling photos and feedback to HQ team after a completion of each scheme
• Collaborate with MD, CRM, Communications, Retail team on creative visual aspects of special events, press day, pop up stores, store openings, and other store initiatives
• Work with communications team on seasonal lightbox visual selection and execute with local suppliers
• Manage external VM vendors and challenge them to enhance quality of work and ensure cost effective
• Monitor cost and expenses to be always within the budget
• VM equipment and props organization, inventory control

• Minimum 6 years of relevant merchandising experience, preferably in luxury industry
• Demonstrable visual merchandising skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio
• Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, in-store display, and space utilization
• Able to work multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS office and Adobe Creative Suits: Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• BS degree in visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, industrial design or similar
