1. Provide strong analytical insights to contribute sales target achievement with high efficiency and accuracy
- Update sales performance reports with high accuracy and punctuality
- Monitor the sales progress and detect business leakage. Gives early alarm to the stakeholders to develop the mitigation plan
- Support Improve/simplify/modify routinely sales reports made and distributed by the team to match the business and corporate needs
- Support weekly and monthly sales performance review process
- Provide profitability analysis by store level
- Monitor productivity & ROI resulting in all sales activities
2. Inventory allocation management to maximize the business profit
- Support monthly inventory allocation process by co-working with relevant stakeholders
- Support to deliver right demand by SKU by channel to the SCM team to secure the biggest business profit
- Closely monitoring current inventory status to re-allocate product by channel to maximize inventory efficiency and profitability
3. Forecasting to drive business growth
- Support annual business forecasting process
- Support quarterly and monthly bottom-up forecasting process
- Own month-closing estimation consolidation process and analyze any risk and heads up for monthly target achievement
경력 및 자격요건
• 2~5 years in solid experience in working in the field sales planning
• Comprehensive understanding of retail market
• Start-up company experience is plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Finance or a related field
• Ability to interpret financial sales data to make decisions and recommendations that impact the business
• Written and verbal English skills - able to communicate at all levels of the business
• Presentation skills
