1. CRM Planning and Execution
- Implement and execute CRM programs (Goal, Welcome, Sleeping, VIP treatment, Clienteling tool, Gift management, and etc) to increase client loyalty
- Measure the CRM KPI performance and closely work with BTQs to achieve the target
- Run market research and case studies and bring insight for future gifting and treatment development
- Manage CRM inventory (gift, catalogues, editions, crm tool, etc), submit the order to HQ, receipt of imported gifts, and distribute to BTQ
- Support financial management; creation of vendors, creation of PO, submit invoices, and reflect to CRM budget/Expense
- Ensure Operational excellence in delivering the central strategies, esp. high-level of execution
2. Client Data Management & Intelligence Tool
- Enrich the local client data base from all sources (Domestic, ECOMM, Duty Free, Watch Specialist channels) with Registration rate as a key indicator.
- Regularly assess, clean and analyze the quality of client data base, and shared the updated client reports with boutiques on monthly basis
- Ensure client data protection comply with domestic privacy policy law
- Request CRM solution enhancement, perform E2E test, and support any CRM IT project implementation
- Support and work closely with cross-functional team (marketing, media, retail, cs, event); targeting and monitoring the client results
3. Client Communication
- Plan client communication (Email, MMS, DM) based on global & local comm calendar
- Extract the target client list
- Define and submit the order for the annual quantities required for Edition/Printed materials on yearly basis
- Monitor the campaign results and build the plan to increase the performance
경력 및 자격요건
- At least +2 year working experience in luxury industry
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Positive attitude with good communication skills & logical thinking
- Great sensitivity to clients’ needs & aspirations
- Expert Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- SAP, SQL, Salesforce experience preferred
- Fluent in both Korean & English
