1) Event Execution
- Support for Events with high level of communication
: Exhibition, Fashion show, Seasonal issue, Product Launching, Product Preview etc
- Manage global scale & local press/special project events execution
- Support agency selection(bidding) through designated procurement process
- Event/Special Project shipment control
2) Support planning and Reporting
- Support Event/ Event Calendar plan
- Supporting Post-report: Collecting the qualitative & quantitative result and review the event
- Competitor benchmark report
3) Support budgeting and reports
- Support budget control including quotation negotiation
- Support other task on brand engagement team matter

- Over 4-5 years relevant experience, preferably in luxury and retail industry
- Proactive problem solving with a can-do attitude
- Positive & cooperative team player
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
