1. Financial reporting, planning & analysis
• Manage monthly reporting process performed by Fashion Group Korea
• Review monthly business performance and operational result, perform variance analysis on result vs plan in detail and prepare monthly reporting packages
• Prepare financial planning (Budget, R1, R2, etc.), identifying source of business growth and its requirements, reviewing feasibility and reasonable reflection into financial figures

2. Business Partnering
• Work closely with local management to understand and support execution of business initiatives by providing analysis and simulations to ensure financial feasibility, exploring options and alignment on action plans in delivering strategic decision
• Understand and contribute to build store network plans, prepare SOP for approval on store projects for CAPEX
• Support execution of ad-hoc transversal brand projects and its preparation for necessary resources

3. Streamlining operations across functions
• Handling day-to-day operational issues and seeking for solutions and standardizing the process for prevention of recurrence of same issues, especially logistics and ecommerce
• Support team in designing and implementing new operational procedures in consideration of efficiency
• Simplify work process for efficiency of operation across functions by identifying and removing bottle neck and red tape

4. Compliance of external and internal requirements
• Review all contracts local entity enters in before requesting legal review to Legal APAC and Region/HQ management
• Ensure compliance of local law and regulations on operations, especially tax requirements
• Ensure compliance of internal control and procedures and local implementation

- +12 years relevant finence experience
- Fluent in English
- Take responsibilities not only in managing finance areas, but also in stabilizing operations to enhance efficiency and strengthen excellence in business in local organization
