• Conduct sell -in estimation on a monthly basis and report to HQ
• Generate monthly sell out report by gathering sales data from business partner and share with HQ
• Responsible for order taking process and make sure to meet the sales target
• In charge of managing stock level not to have over stock beyond actual sell out
• Closely work with WHS partner to ensure POS network elevation plan will be successfully implemented for the future
• Become a well communicator between HQ, WHS partner and ooo Korea – PR & Advertising
•Identify issues in current business and devise solutions to implement and solve
•Drive and develop the business proactively in achieving company objectives
•Drive / facilitate ALL sell-out, sell-in and turn-over
•Pursue and evaluate opening opportunities for POS development in key locations
•Work hand-in-hand with ooo Korea to expand networks together.
•Account management, maintain good business relationship with distributor
•Maintain and enhance brand visibility in the market through merchandising and VM display check
•Monitor closely on WHS POS stock level and manage distributor for the achievement of sell-out
• Prepare Budgets / Forecast/ sales reports as necessary
• Work closely with HQ to follow brand’s guidelines 100%
• Collect and analyze market/competitor information
• Proper assessment, analysis and implementation of projects where necessary
• Pro-actively act as a regional leader for Watch & Jewelry
• Store visit

경력 및 자격요건
• At least 7 years+ solid experience in luxury brand management both in retail and wholesale
• Proved successful record in managing brand in past career
• Sound relationships with key landlords in Korea is plus.
• Proficient in driving business analytical
• Able to promote and implement ideas well
• Strong project management skills
• Detail –oriented and highly organized
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills (both Korean and English)
• Ability to work effectively and collaborate with all levels within an organization
• Experience in working closely with retail function teams:
• The ability to quickly recognize foreseeable risks
• Must possess a positive, solution-oriented and customer-focused attitude
• Is a self-starter and takes a proactive approach to all decision-making
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
