- Perform fundamental research and relative value analysis, including company and industry selection in home country
- Identify and recommend investment opportunities
- Monitor and assess numerous data sources, industry sectors, asset classes and investments

1. Credit Analysis
Fixed Income Recommend, manage and monitor credit limits for target and existing issuers, consistent with business plans and Co's risk appetite and policies. This involves ongoing analysis of financial performance of various quasi-sovereign entities, financial institutions and corporate through review of financial statements, public information, company calls, and market intelligence.
- Annual reviews
- Earnings update and rating action update
-Ad-hoc request for a new credit limit set up or specific credit event.
.Alternative Investment Review and assess alternative investment deals including private equity deals, commercial real estate deals, infrastructure deals, etc.

2. Other Responsibilities
- Daily credit limit monitoring: Ensure to keep credit limits in good order and rectified deals that were erroneously placed by the third party.
- Filing credit related work: All the annual reviews and approval forms are archived in soft and hard copies.
- Company visit: Work closely with IR/ Finance team of the issuers to structure and manage credit risk of Korean quasi-sovereign entities, financial institutions and corporate.

- Bachelor’s degree with major in Business, Marketing, or Finance preferred, but not required.
- Database management and power-point knowledge In depth coverage of 2-3 sectors in home market macro-economic environment
- Proficiency in balance sheet knowledge and financial modelling.
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Critical thinking to anticipate risks in preparing and presenting investment strategies.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude while investment recommendations are reviewed and challenged by other Research Team members or Portfolio Managers
