• Main local partner for the WW Product Content & Digital Innovation teams
• Responsible for all digital content display and product visual merchandising
• Manage collection launches
• Conduct in-depth content engagement and performance analysis
• Lead seamless Omnichannel site experience with Extended Assortment display
• Support in planning strategic Homepage display rotations
• Manage Product Ecard Plan with E-Corporate MD and WW Contact Strategy
• Collaborate closely with Digital MD partner to deliver impactful product content

2. Digital innovation
• Collaborate with WW Digital Development and Digital Back End for better UX & UI
• Identify regional pain points and support A/B testing to implement new features
• Support in driving regional digital innovation roadmap

3. Others
• Maximize SEO activities for 000.com with Digital Marketing
• Oversee all product-related English to Korean translations
• Maintain meticulous site QA
• Monitor competitors
• Maintain and manage site price checks and changes
• Execute ad hoc tasks and projects
• Manage and develop a direct report, Content Coordinator

• BA degree
• 6 years of digital content, merchandising or/and marketing experience
• Excellent level of spoken and written English and Korean
• Proven analytical skills
• Proficient use of site content and analytic tools (Hybris, Content Sq, GA, Algolia)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with various stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task under pressure with attention to details
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Digital content experience for a collection-driven luxury business is a plus
