• Drive digital & omnichannel merchandising initiatives to maximize sales opportunities with cross functional teams
• Be main point of communication bridging between Regional/Worldwide Merchandising and E-commerce departments for product-related actions/topics
• Manage sales and sell-through, and implement strategies and tactics to encourage sales
• Responsible for achieving sales and sell-through rate targets
• Support and review buying for Ecommerce channel assortments
• Review sales and stock forecasts in collaboration with Inventory & Strategic Planning on monthly basis
• Take charge in various projects involving product management in E-commerce channel
• Ensure assortment differentiation across each digital point of sales by deep-diving into respective business & client specifics
• Fully understand target clientele and local luxury fashion and digital trends through regular market research and competitor analysis
경력 및 자격요건
• 10 years or above of experience in fashion and digital merchandising
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Excellent MS-office, especially excel skills
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Positive and proactive attitude
