- Building and implementing strategic integrated marketing communication plan (New campaign & collection launches, store opening)
- Social media communication planning & management (Newsletter, Kakao push, FB/IG advertising)
- Digital marketing planning & implementation for key campaigns following with performance evaluation with GA analysis
- Coordinating with cross functional department (e-commerce, retail, customer service and related stakeholders) for integrated campaigns implementation
- Planning and executing in-store customer event for commercial initiatives to drive customer connection and engagement
- Leading analysis of emerging consumer & market trend, and competitor focusing on both fashion retail & e-commerce to deliver the insights with HQ
- Supporting in-store communication (Customer notice, in-mall visual communication preparation and others.)
- Budget planning and management
경력 및 자격요건
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in marketing and communication, preferably in fashion industry.
- Fluent in Korean & English (verbal & written)
- High knowledge of organizing, budgeting and planning of fashion events
- Advanced OA skills
