• Responsible for the management of the facility services in the stores, including technical maintenance, image maintenance of the store, repairs, and cleaning.
• Responsible for the management of the facility services in the Headquarters, including technical maintenance of its facilities, except for IT systems.
• Ensure that all work performed within the space is done to high quality and without impact to internal/external customers
• Daily coordination of third-party vendors ensuring adherence to the contracted SLAs.
• Manage store requests and ordering process to suppliers, including reception of quotes and invoice validation.
• Manage budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and supervise suppliers to ensure the quality of the service.
• Adapt the scope of the maintenance services defined at corporate level to local regulation, ensuring compliance with the local legislation.
• Monitor energy efficiency consumption minimizing costs.
• Develop and implement cost reduction initiative
경력 및 자격요건
•Bachelor’s degree
•At least 5 years of working experience in a similar and related position.
•Language: High level of English is a must. Spanish is a plus.
•Vendor management experience
•High knowledge of politics and purchase processes.
•Proficient in MS Office. Experience using Maintenance Software (CMMS) is valued.
•Availability to travel
