•Ensure the accuracy of all customer related KPIs to support decision making for future actions to improve customer experience.
•Lead and develop a high quality controlling steering model including reporting and follow-up structure. Ensure invoicing and booking accuracy for month end closing.
•Ensure correctness of accounting and finance activities – secure robust and accurate financial budget and forecasts (incl. capex).

•You have 4+ years’ relevant experience from SCM, logistics, DC, or financial department with proven leadership experience.
•You have a strong track record of setting clear goals with plans and actions on how to achieve them.
•Pro-active mindset, ability to develop creative and scalable solutions independently, and drive them from ideation to successful completion; results oriented; "self-starter"
•Analytical with the ability to draw conclusions and take actions accordingly
•You have advanced PC skills with Excel, PPT. Extra tools like Power BI is a plus.
•You are great with numbers and passionate for driving results.
•You are fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
•You are able to work independently and perform under high pressure, with good time management and prioritize workload.
•You act with integrity to protect confidential information.
