  • 1) In charge of monthly expense for retail operation by communicating the vendor – all the procedures from contract to monthly payment process
    - Assist in managing security guard for boutique and handle monthly expense
    - Handle external storage monthly cost – 35 tax bills including rent, electricity fee, monthly maintenance fee
    - Manage All that IT expense - CCTV/Secom installation, walkie-talkie order, SID training
    - Manage BOH rearrangement cost & external storage setup cost
    - Manage boutique F&B cost for Nespresso and water purifier for boutique
    - Other vendor contract and expenses – Cesco, etc
    2) Execute Retail Performance & Operations projects seamlessly in Korea
    - Traffic counting – 36 months rollout plan support
    * Material translation
    * Support coordination of project and communicate with boutique
    3) Manage Daily maintenance
    - Monitor Daily Maintenance reported between boutique and vendor
    - Confirm expense of maintenance to vendor
    - Review & submit monthly maintenance expense
    4) Manage boutique daily cleaning / special cleaning
    A. Daily cleaning
    - Monitor daily cleaning servie quality and feedback about the service
    - Review & submit monthly cleaning expense
    - Arrange cleaning schedule for public holidays
    B. Special cleaning
    - Share special cleaning schedule to boutique
    - Confirm expense of special cleaning to vendor
    - Review & submit monthly maintenance expense
    5) Support preparation of opening / renovation
    - Order all office supplies for new boutiques: Safe, Vacuum, Movable hanger, Blocking bar, Refrigerator, Water-purifier, other furniture
    - Order Stock-take scanner order to HK IT team and allocate to boutique
  • / 경력 및 자격요건
  • • At least 3years’ experience in Retail industry
    • Prefer to RTW or Luxury fashion experiences
    • Understand the market, customers and retail trends
    • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills with employees
    • Have a Positive and Pro-active attitude
    • Proficient in English language (both verbal and written)
    • excellent knowledge of Excel
    • open minded, team player
