- Identify and build close working relationships in technical and commercial functions
at multiple levels with both existing and new, large customers in the designated
market areas and areas where client's core competencies are relevant.
- To achieve the targeted sales and profit growth.
- Negotiate and deliver increased profitable sales to the new, large customers
- Actively manage existing key accounts to defend existing business and generate new
opportunities for profitable sales.
- Take personal responsibility for leading our activity within his/her territory and
proactively seek for the appropriate support to meet his/her objective.
- To report on business results and to ensure effective communication and close
liaison between departments
- To champion key value added projects within the territory and customer base
- Proactively participate in New Technology projects with the Product evelopment teams
and others to deliver new profitable sales, with the emphasis on ensuring that the
commercial aspects and two way dialogue between the customer and the team are
achieved.
경력 및 자격요건
-Degree level education, ideally in Engineering, Chemistry or another science.
-5 years experience in technical sales, ideally within the Forging or Casting industry or
with experience in working with the automotive industry or with subcontractors to the
automotive industry
- A proven track record at finding and opening up new customers
- Capable of assuming commercial responsibility.
- Ability to work in a small team.
- Used to work in an international environment.
- High level of customer focus and is credible in interactions with customers.
- Ability to build good relationships at multiple levels in large companies
- Good analytical, conceptual and strategic thinking skills
- Well developed negotiation skills and an understanding of the financial aspects of
business
- Fluent in territory language and good written and spoken English at a level sufficient
for business purposes.
- Capable of understanding & using Microsoft office and other company computer
programs.
- Strategic, good planning, results focused; displays initiative, tenacity to achieve
results.
- Committed to improving Safety, health and environmental performance
- Must have good skills of self-organisation
- Excellent level of communication and persuasion skills
- Clean driving license
- Prepared to travel 4 days a week when necessary
