• Prepare and book journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Update accounts payable and issue invoices
• Review Travel & Entertainment transaction review to approve
• Managing accounts payable into the systems
• Assist in preparing general accounting and financial closing reports
• Accrual entry management
• Manage master data including cost center and asset code
• Manage fixed asset including invoice, transfer and depreciation process
• Assist in preparing external audit both interim and year-end closing
• Support budget-actual analysis reporting for manpower, revenue, Opex and etc.
• Tax management and support corporate income tax return
• Input VAT filing and reconciliation
• Treasury responsibility including 3rd party payment, Bank sweeping & reconciliation and FX valuation

• Over 3 years’ experience in accounting and finance department
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
• Preferred SAP system experience, retail industry experience
• Ability to manage stressful situations effectively and maintain a positive attitude
• Experience of running closing processes and managing cross-functional relationships
• English proficiency in writing and speaking
