- Manage online merchandising leveraging website analytics to improve the overall customer experience and conversion.
- Participate in the briefing for upcoming campaigns, put various collections, products and promotional operations in the spotlight.
- Work closely with logistic department to improve customer after sales experience (delivery).
- Master the front and back process customer flow and support Client Service team with order management.
- Monitor best practices from online and omnichannel ecosystem in the zone, to suggest new features improvement (specify, test and organize launch)
- Partner closely with the Online Acquisition team to achieve conversion goals.
- Model and analyze the launch of products and campaigns in order to optimize the ROI.
- Manage weekly and monthly sales reporting: identify wins and opportunities
경력 및 자격요건
- Excellent English and Korean communication skills.
- Ideally have a first work experience with Google Analytics & Excel.
- Interest for digital trends
- High-energy positive person who wants to make a difference in a growing organization.
- Master Level (BAC +4/5).
- 3 to 6 years’ experience
