[1.Marcomm Strategy Planning and Execution]
▪Lead the localization of global marketing, market objectives and priorities into the seasonal MarComms calendar/plan for all consumer touchpoints.
▪Accountable for the overall marketing budget.
▪Drive key deliverables that create distinction and enhance the brand’s reputation in partnership with the cross-functional teams.
▪Provide strategic media buying on the role of consumer journeys and optimizing stories across the advertising ecosystem.
▪Leverage expertise to influence strategic messaging, positioning, brand building and issues management.
▪Plan and execute the key events to leverage seasonal marketing initiatives and brand strategies.
[2. PR & Media Relations Management]
▪Manage media relations, including new media relations, to maintain close relationship with key media.
▪Work closely with agency to draft and disseminate press release for maximum media coverage.

[3. Entertainment Influencer Marketing (EIM)]
▪Develop a plan to locally implement the Entertainment and Influencer Marketing (EIM) strategy ensuring a strong brand-relevant local trendsetters and influencers portfolio.
▪Manage celebrity seeding and TV drama product placement to ensure the right products are being communicated at the right time and place.
[4.Trade Marketing]
▪Create promo plans and deliver materials on time to the stores to maximize all brand plans & development.
[5. e-Commerce Content Support]
▪Apply appropriate and effective communication contents thru the e-Com campaign calendar.
[6. Internal Communications]
▪Ensure that the team provides actionable recommendations and calls for action based on MarComms plans.
[7. CRM ]
경력 및 자격요건
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 12+ years of professional experience in multi-national business environment
3. Knowledgeable in Marketing / Product Development
4. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
5. Fluent in English both verbally and written
