Coaching and People management of All BTQ staffs
- Strengthen highest level of customer service to maximum level of customer satisfaction to deliver and communicate bland value to customers.
- Field-coaching of all related selling ceremony with selling technique ( ENTICE ), CS, Product knowledge, Clienteling and CRM activities, leadership and any possible area to GROW for being a top level in the market, in cooperation with Training Manager, CRM and CS manager.
- Identify and analyse BTS’s SWOT to make strong action plans and execute them in effective way.
- Recruitment, Allocation and evaluation
- BTQ roaster management (Schedule, Daily planning, Day-off and training)
Brand/ Image & Merchandising Execution
- Strengthen and maintain brand image and visibility by merchandising, grooming and POS activities, based on company guideline
- Understand “BOOSTER” and follow-up of products launch and display on VM guideline and Booster strategy.
- 360 Degree actions of uncompromising maintenance of the best status and condition in all BTQs to show perfect image to customers.
Lead, Motivate and evaluate team.
- Build teamwork and winning spirit to motivate all BTQ staffs and make them result-oriented and objective oriented mind-set.
- Follow-up, communicate and execute all company direction, mission, vision and strategy into BTQ
- All ears and eyes to field to realize field’s difficulties, obstacles, complaint and demotivation and lead to find out solution with management.
- All ears and eyes to drive field to achieve target and performance for excellence.
- Evaluation of all the activities and performances in team and appraisal of them in company direction.
경력 및 자격요건
• 5~7 years work experience preferably in retail industry(Luxury or FMCG)
• Strong Communication skill
