Support retail group leader for the management and development of store operation business, in the prestige division
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all business plans for the territory's distribution: planning, inventory, P&L, identifying new business to increase distribution and meet sales goals
Drive sales by identifying opportunities and taking appropriate action
Develop and implement sales strategies to successfully launch and grow sales
Create monthly sales goals by door for the region, analyze trends then take appropriate action
Build and manage field sales team, which includes: hiring, training counter managers within budget
Partner with sales and marketing departments to develop materials and training modules along with educating retail staff
Work with Counter Managers and Store Leadership to implement strategies to drive the business at each point of sale.
Review sales goals by door weekly and monthly, communicate to staff and management needed
Manage merchandising – fixtures, fixture updates and testers replenishment with Visual Merchandising team
Regularly meet and form productive business relationships with Retailers
Open sell channels management

Requirements
A college-level education or equivalent
Preference of more than 7 years of experience in the related work
Ability to travel and work weekends as necessary
Excellent team play, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with everyone in the organization
Open-minded, active tendency to accept different opinions from different perspectives
