• Single point of contact for client on all Website Maintenance and Management
• Meet with clients to refine and evaluate requirements, strategy and content needs
• Analyzing client’s needs and creating the required documentation and brief
• Delegating work and assignments to offshore team
• Collaborate with the team through any technical issues and challenges
• Analyze user requirements and usability metrics to ensure customer satisfaction
*Implementing the best practices and automation techniques
*Reporting on weekly and monthly basis on the agreed metrics.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry at various levels from individual contributor to management. Digital experience within Advertising Agency is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is a must. Should have handled multiple teams and clients (Offshore experience will be desirable)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Technology or related field
• Previous experience with web analytics platforms, CMS systems, campaign automation, digital marketing solutions, or digital marketing strategy required.
• Understanding of content authoring techniques wrt CMS AEM, Drupal and other opensource CMS.
• Ability to multitask, able to give clear instructions and set expectations as per the requirements, troubleshoot and proposed technical solutions.
• Excellent understanding of current web and mobile app landscape
