• Responsible for monitoring material and products transported and delivered for timeliness and legality.
• Fully in charge of the review, verification, and reconciliation of shipping documents
• Assist in loading/unloading, sorting, stocking, and packaging merchandise
• Provide a full support in completing paperwork and documentation
• Support with developing and preparing complex reports for the organization
• Communicate with internal/ external parties to complete the delivery process in a timely manner
• Support application of relative certificates
• Responsible for entering data into the systems from multiple sources as well as verifying input and calculations

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in retail industry, logistic environment
• Fashion industry work experience is preferred
• Knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations
• Proficient in MS office tools
• Able to work independently for multiple tasks to handle the stakeholders’ needs
• Communication skills to effectively work with internal external stakeholders
