1. Provide logistics and administrative support
- Maintain relevant documents and reports
- Proactively involved in brainstorming, or idea sharing for better team performance
- Coordinate with outside vendors or consultancy firms for concerned projects or tasks
- Provide other general administrative assistances to training manager
2. Coordinate training activities
- Communicate training activities to the audience
- List up training attendees for each training session or workshop
- Keep track of training records
- source and set up the training venue
- Prepare in-class training session or any other training activities such as scheduling, communication, preparation of the venue, etc.
3. Assist translation & material development
- Translate training-related material
- Support material development and competitor research
- Helping training manager to create training support materials such as pre-research, document-making, and competitor visits, etc.
- Keep track of employees training records and maintain related documents
- Translate training material shared by HQ mainly from English to Korean
경력 및 자격요건
- 5 years(at least 3 years) work experience preferably in retail training field
- English proficiency in translating training material
- Skillful at MS Office
- Detail-oriented for administrative work
- Interested in developing career as a trainer within the industry
