1.TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
•Defines training strategy and works in collaboration with business to identify training needs
•Recommends, designs, develops and delivers appropriate management trainings and development programmes to employees
•Acts as inhouse coach and leads coaching leadership culture
•Selects external training consultants and develops tailor-made trainings or workshop to address special requests
•Performs and leads the group ethic and integration training and makes sure all employees are in line with the group guidelines
•Plans budgets and yearly training appropriately
•Prepares training assessment and reports
•Enhances all Corporate and regional HR projects,
•Develops and implements all pertinent internal leadership and motivational actions in order to bring the teams closer together, encourage teamwork, bring out individual talents
2.INTERNAL COMMUNICATION AND EVENTS
•Collects employees’ opinions and acts as a bridge of communication between company and
employees
•Makes sure that Corporate Internal local Communication projects are consistently implemented, adapted if needed, and widely spread
•Designs and develops internal local communication programmes to enhance management-employee
communication and the sense of belonging to the Company in line with the Group’s guidelines
•Leads and executes employee engagement activities including engagement survey and internal events like new year meeting, regional townhall meeting, employee workshop, year-end party, target group gatherings, social activities, employee recognition programmes, etc.
•Leads the local quarterly employee newsletter publication
•Manages company annual calendar
•Ability to generate trust and to show exemplary nature in the way of embodying values
•Quality and vitality of the contribution brought to the motivation, the involvement and the
improvement of the employee’s competencies and in the sharing of the company culture
•Serenity of the social climate
•Ability to understand and advise on HR processes, functional areas, policies, local HR practices, procedures and compliance efforts
•High people relations and problem-solving skills
•Good knowledge of local labour laws
