[Promotion and Events]
•Support the planning and execution of all communication activities
•Assist planning and execution of public relations events including public exhibitions and store openings, etc.
•Assist planning and execution of metier events such as Silk projects, M/WRTW fashion show, Maison event, Jewellery exhibition, etc.
•Archives materials of promotion and public relations events
AD (Print, digital and OOH)
•Assist to formulate annual media plan for print, digital (display & social), DOOH/OOH, cinema, etc.
•Coordinate campaign visual layout between local design agency and Hermès International
-Monthly visual layout confirmation, printing quality valuation
•Coordinate and execute annual and seasonal digital campaign with agencies
•Monitor and review competitors’ advertising activities

[Editions]
•Order seasonal print materials for promotional activities and distribute to selected targets based on client database
•Coordinate edition publication: SS, FW edition
-Proof reading of Korean text and layout review supervised by team members
-Direct mailing to registered customers and stores, key press members and influencers.

[Other supports]
•Participate and support overall communication activities in association with Press, Exhibition/Window team
•Assist to provide administrative support and timely reports for the team

•At least 3-year experience in relevant fields, such as Promotion, Marketing, Advertising would be a plus
•High adaptability to learn and adjust quickly in different organization, tasks, and situation
•Work in team with positive vision and develop trusting and sustainable relationships with partners
•Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in Korean and English. Speaking French will be a plus
