- In charge of defining, organizing and implementing all the marketing and communication plans and actions of OOO in Korea
- Planning and implementing brand activities, product launches, media buying of the country, negotiations with the trade and partners, materials needed and implementation in the stores
- PR communication: yearly budget, negotiations and planning with regional PR, implementation, collecting the results and quality/quantity analyses.
- Reviewing and monitoring sales performance and refining marketing activities as required in discussion with management and in collaboration with the other departments ( Retail, SCM…)

- HQ coordination: local contact person for the HQ. Provides information needed and implements materials and tools provided by HQ. Takes part into HQ marketing and sales meetings. Share global material with office team
- Maintaining awareness of market trends in the countries retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing
경력 및 자격요건
- Bachelor's degree and above
- Over 13 years(at least 10 years) of experience in product marketing or brand marketing
- Experience in fashion, cosmetic, or general luxury industry
- Profound knowledge of marketing and retail environment
- Strategic thinking & Excellent organizational skills
- Participating and achieving a brand transformation a +
- Fluent in English
