-Product Development and Improvement (40%)
Launch new product and improve existing products by taking all the product development initiatives
•>Conduct research in domestic, overseas and industry, and propose relevant product strategy and product ideation
•>Develop a product concept and positioning both in the market and product portfolio
•>Assess high level feasibility from marketability & implementation perspective and verify the product proposition.
•>Draw draft and finalize product specification and key value proposition with relevant parties (Channels, Marketing, Customers, IT, Operations & etc)
•>Discuss and negotiate with relevant parties for implementation to launch
•>Establish appropriate rationales for any raised issues in order to support the Financial Department in approval or Local filing process
•>Prepare meetings & meeting materials in order to get top management’s approval
•>Drive timely launch of the product by cooperating with the Head of Product Delivery
Product Strategy and Portfolio Management (30%)
•>To build and drive a strategic product portfolio taking into account the growth potential and contribution etc
•>To closely monitor the sales performance, so as to put in place right countermeasures in a timely manner
•>To check and evaluate sales trend after launch to find difference between forecasted and actual results by age & gender etc
•>To establish product strategies to facilitate the profitable growth of relevant key channels
•>To identify the product or benefit enhancement area to meet the evolving customer needs and competitive environments
•>To successfully boom-up the existing product or launch the new product, closely communicate with field force and collect ideas
Product Marketing (30%)
>Develop, execute, and support product promotion and marketing to make distribution channel keep driving the right product mix
•>Develop and execute the overall marketing plans for new product launch or existing .

Job Requirements
• -Bachelor’s degree
• -Over 10 years of experience in product development area
• -Actuarial certification is preferred ( SOA)
• -Good verbal and writing skills in English
• -Excellent in communication and collaboration across different teams
