Merchandising & Licensing plays an important roles for this, but we are still in early in the process of translating this value into beyond-the-liquid revenue.
- Plan & execute merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations
and company’s objectives
- Plan & execute RTM strategies optimized for program's objectives and track
program performance
- Manage the overall process of production and supply and deal with any
problems or delays as they arise
- Customer experience management - Take care of customer experiences
including CS related issues
- Inventory management - Control inventory levels, place orders to replenish, and
clarify if any issues on balance
경력 및 자격요건
- Minimum BA/BS
- Data-driven insight from strong analytical, critical thinking and research
- Business communication skills to collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers,
partner brands, and internal stakeholders
- Project management skills to handle unforeseen road blocks and manage timelines
- High fluency in English
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Being flexible, resilient, and agile
- Able to multi-task whilst coping with pressure
- Creative, consumer-focused, up to date with the latest trends and industry's best
practices
- Entrepreneurship and passion to build up new business
- 3-5 years of relevant work and/or experience in product planning & development
- Merchandising experience in manufacturing company or retail business company
- Knowledge/experience in retail, marketing, online business preferred
