• Monitor category and product performance for Korea to maximize sales while leveraging product merchandising, commercial offers and content recommendations for campaigns and marketing
• Responsible to show the right products at the right time to the local customers onsite to drive top and bottom having in consideration qualitative/quantitative portfolio requirements (product mix, price point, categories and sku count).
• Optimize Onsite Search and curated product selections for the KR market.
• Align with Central and Local teams to ensure consistency across all channels, while securing ecommerce targets are met. Work closely with the planning team to ensure Product Merchandising strategy is reflected in the FC.
• Strongly collaboration with the Controlling team to support budget and RFC planning.
• Plan and implement the consumer calendar campaigns (incl. incentive communication) on the whole website for the respective Market Cluster in alignment with various departments across the organization. Ensure that all contents are properly maintained by Content Management team.
• Ensure alignment between swarovski.com and 3rd Party Online channel assortments across the market cluster.
• Understand eCommerce/consumer needs and competitive intelligence of local Market Cluster.

• University degree/ Education
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
• Excellent English, Korean proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
• Knowledge about ecommerce trends at global and market level
• Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
• Highly motivated and professional manner
