• Evaluate business opportunities by providing financial simulation and qualitative insight for better store network update and negotiation with landlords.
• Provide all kinds of sales analysis (e.g. daily sales flash, weekly sales report) and its planning such as budgeting, rolling forecasting and monthly update of latest estimate bottom-up sales.
• Control commercial expense lines (mainly store expenses) and its planning (budget, forecast).
• Collaborate with Procurement team to identify areas of improvements in terms of vendor selection/rotation.
• Build up annual CAPEX plan (incl. PIN project, layout improvement, any other investment related to commercial projects) and track and monitor its spending.
• Make ROI analysis of each store project (e.g. EVA preparation for opening, relocation, refurbishment).
• Monitor and update all lease agreements or contracts in a timely manner.
• Take care of any other commercial-related topics.
• Align with business functions with business partner mindset.
경력 및 자격요건
• 8+ years of experience in Finance of multinational environment is preferable with at least 3 years of commercial finance experience
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for regular reporting.
• Strong analytical and quantitative thinking skills (especially concerning financial activities).
• Project Management skills, being able to foresee any risk and anticipate alternative solutions.
• Strong attitude to work within an international environment and capability to handle good relationships among the organization.
• Must have excellent attention to detail and ability to manage numerous tasks concurrently, be self-directed and self-motivated.
