• Support & manage all Store operational activities (Music, Security, Guards, Stationary etc.) for all stores (Duty paid, Travel Retail, Outlet)
• Manage vendors and payments required monthly basis
• Support projects and activities with cross functions/external partners
• Support Store openings/closings/renewals
• Store Efficiency & Productivity check
• Set & Maintain operational standards and expectations for business.
• Manage and control the expense of store operations to minimize operating costs through systematic monitoring and reporting.
• Work with worldwide head office to secure feedback is given where opportunities for business improvement are identified

• Over 6 years experience of Retail industry (managerial position in store)
• At least 1-year experience in Retail Stores
• Fashion experience essential, fast fashion is preferably
• Strong understanding of sales in a luxury retail environment
• Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening
• Cross functional working skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Team player & Supportive
• Organized, Self- starter with high energy and passion
• Accuracy & Detail oriented
• Frequent travel on store visits is required
• Preferred professional communication skill in English
