- Business Administration or Economics degree or equivalent
- Good knowledge of business principles and best practices to ensure sustainability of business and drive continuous performance improvement.
- Thorough business knowledge and end to end process mindset to drive business value creation through accurate financial information and insightful analytics
- Solid understanding of ERP systems supporting the business E2E processes, Excel / other financial tool modeling and template build-up, SAP BW, Excel Add-in functions, Power BI, etc.
- Extensive knowledge of business channel, ROI, brand portfolio and profitability monitoring and variance review
