System Analyst & Developer(IW & AML Part)
I&W / AML System maintenance
• Lead application development to provide firm and confident development service
• Cooperate with users and business analysts to provide trustworthy requirement analysis
• Manage development schedule to deliver development result on time without critical issue
• Maximize sales opportunities by providing stable system performance and accurate development
1. I&W System Development & Maintenance (60%)
• Analyze user requirements, existing workflow and procedures
• Coordinate with user for testing and system delivery
• Communicate with users including user requirements clarification, system design, project activities etc.
Analyze and solve technical problems
develop system documentation including system specification, design statement, user manual, operational manual, etc.
• Performance monitoring and management

2. AML System Development & Maintenance (30%)
• Analysis business requirements and business process by communication with business department
• Analyze and solve technical problems with 3rd party vendor about AML / RBA system
• Analyze and solve risks related regulation
• Performance monitoring and management
3. Project support (10%)
• Support related projects
• Manage and analyze interface process development with other systems
• Communicate clearly with stakeholder on the project issue, progress, activities to deliver qualified results on time

Job Requirements
• A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or IT-related departments At least 3 years in Insurance Industry
• Bachelor’s degree on Computer Science or IT related major
• At least 2~3 years in developing Javascript, XML, MSSQL DB
• At least 4~5 years in developing JAVA, JSP, WebSphere, Linux, Oracle DB
• Requires understanding on Windows and Linux server environment
• Requires responsibility on assigned tasks
• Enable Work independently
• Accurate and precise communication skill required
• Preference for English communication skills
