•Establish Data Governance, organize and implement policies, procedures, structures, roles and responsibilities to provide trust to data.
•Understand current corporate data master data, consolidate, deduplicate and / or combine data to manage master data more structured ways.
•Review current data integration among different corporate system and improve data qualities.
•Work with Global Technology & Intelligence team and provide right information whenever, wherever data integration requires.
•Involve a various project to build EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse) and / or DL (Data Lake) to manage corporate data, focus on MDM & Production area.
•Collaborate with Corporate IT security, IT core-technology team to enhance data security level including data access, data integration with another system.
•Monitor data integration process to ensure data quality.
•Operate and maintain existing EDW, Data Lake and enhance the capability.
•Apply advance technology such as ML, AI to provide add valued insight to business.

* Oracle, MS-SQL, DB2 etc 에 대한 지식
• Experience cloud platform such as AWS, Google Cloud and / or MS-Azure.
• Understand database such as Oracle, MS-SQL, DB2 etc but not limited database type.
• Knowledge of No-SQL solution such as Redis / Cassandra. (Beneficial)
• Knowledge of BI solution – MSTR, Cognos, Power BI, Tableau etc
• Knowledge of ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, Infor etc (Prefer SAP experience)
• Understanding of retail business solution such as POS, CRM, PLM, PIM etc.
• Experience to build system integration – ETL, API.
• Knowledge in Project Management, IT Service Management (ITIL) practices
• Strong interpersonal communication skills including active listening clear writing and speaking, as well as coordination, persuasion, negotiation and social perceptiveness.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills including Critical thinking, complex problem solving and troubleshooting.
• A demonstrated ability to speak read and write clearly and effectively in English.
• Good analytical (Operational, technological and systems) skills in order to properly assess requirements and problem situations.
• Minimum 5 years IT experience in data management area.
• Work experience within a multi-national multi-brand company is beneficial.
• University degree in Computer Science or IS related studies (Master’s degree would be beneficial)
• Fluent (Reading, writing and speaking) in English
