• Monitor/update safety regulations/Guidelines both from local law and company regularly
• Execute/update site EHSS programs based on changes both at local law and Company
• Lead EHSS management system & coordinate EHSS internal/external audits
• Accomplish/monitor EHSS target & performance
• Take responsibilities of EHSS trainings and site inspection for employees and contractors
• Proceed required works in SAP for initiation/closing of CAPEX-New investment programs
• Communication with global EHSS team to follow up global EHS requirements
• Ensure of compliance with local EHSS regulations and company requirements
• EHSS regulations update with gap analysis/EHSS program assessment/EHSS budget management and analysis
• HEM ( EHSS Program) elements administrator/E-SHEM (Incident reporting and analysis system) management
• Update EHSS permits and submit EHSS reports to local EHSS related offices for site facility operation
• CAPEX budget management and execution for GApT
• Administration of hazardous chemical substances thereat for Imported materials
• Local Environment regulation Management (air, water, wastes)
• Process Owner of PSSR(Pre Start-up SHEM Review)/MOC(Management of Change)
• Safety management of R&D Center

• B.S industrial safety, Environment and Chemical engineering and Chemistry with a license in industrial safety engineer or above
• 5~12 years’ experience in EHSS manager or engineer for MNC
• Fully understanding of Korea ISHL(산업 안전 보건법)
• Fully understanding of Korea EHSS regulations (air, waste water, waste, safety)
• Fully understanding of K-reach(화평법 & 유해 화학 물질관리)
• 유해 화학물질 관리 경험 및 교육이수 관리자 우대
• 근무지: 서울 인접 경기권
