- Handling dealer enquiries and daily support for dealers regarding products, pricing, delivery times etc.
- Handling the order process for Korea in SAP -> processing sales orders of customers and purchase orders to HQ;
- Supporting customers regarding online partner portal with the aim to achieve > 70% of orders being placed online by end of 2022
- Handling EXW shipments from HQ to Korea dealers, including all related shipping documentation,
- Monitoring outstanding orders and addressing critical lead times with HQ
- Quotations in SAP for the sales team and customers
- Claims / return / replacement handling for customers
- Data administration (SAP, Salesforce)
경력 및 자격요건
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years’ experience in customer service in BtC or BtB environment (selling physical products incl. logistics (import/export) from overseas to Korea
• Experience with SAP (desirable)
• Good communication skills, service oriented, being able to multi-task
• Able to work independently and organize and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Good English skills (written and spoken)
