⚫ Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
⚫ Develop relationships with third party agencies and staffing firms to hire market talents
⚫ Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
⚫ Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors to attract market talents
⚫ Plan employee referral programs
⚫ Analyze hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
⚫ Design, plan and manage assessing processes and life-cycle including initial assessments and interviews
⚫ Continued to elevate the candidate and newcomer’s experience
⚫ Attend career fairs, event and develop college recruiting programs
⚫ Closely monitor probationary evaluations for newcomers to smoothly land
⚫ Create and present regular KPI reports
경력 및 자격요건
University graduate or above in management or other related majors
▪ 10~15 years of experience of direct sourcing, full lifecycle recruiting in a dynamic fast-paced environment
▪ Strong knowledge of current trends, innovations and best practices within talent acquisition
▪ Organized creative strategic thinker with a process-oriented approach from hiring to onboarding
▪ Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence internal and external clients
▪ Strong social networking with existing and potential clients.
▪ Excellent social and interpersonal skills
▪ A trusted advisor for our clients in terms of fashion trends and styles.
▪ Retail and luxury fashion experience is preferred
▪ High level of integrity to deal with confidential information
