- Responsible for Talent acquisition including office and DTC (store) employees.
- Lead organization development, facilitate growth of company culture and maintain positive employee and labor relations and communications.
- Provide advice and cooperate with HQ HR and Korea HR team regarding ER, HR policies/guidelines and C&B planning.
- Plan and monitor headcount and budget.
- Facilitates effective performance management process.
- Implement salary admin (merit, promotion, adjustment).
- In charge of submitting relevant HR reports/analysis to management and HQ, both on monthly and on ad hoc basis.
- Advise managers on resources planning and manpower allocation to cope with the business growth.
- Plan and execute training and development activities.
경력 및 자격요건
- 7+ years' hands-on HR generalist experience including Talent Acquisition or Training & Development, payroll or HR Operations or C&B or ER.
- Experience in consumer (cosmetics or apparel or footwear or fashion) and retail industries.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated and attentive to details.
- Passion to drive initiatives and implement policies.
- Adapt to environmental changes with flexibility.
- Have capability to build good relationship with every stakeholder both for internal and external.
- Proficiency in both English and Korean.
- In tune with Onitsuka Tiger and with the brand style heritage.
