- Support organizational changes to drive superior performance
- Ensure effective talent attraction & acquisition & onboarding for stores with diversity and inclusion lens
- Coach, develop and counsel people managers to create and maintain a high performing workforce
- Support the local performance and talent management cycles
- Drive the creation and completion of training and development plans
- Excel in delivering HR processes (admin HR, legal) with Kering shared services
- Manage employee issues as well as ensure compliance with local legislations
- Implement locally global or HR regional projects
- Maintain effective and accurate data for HR retail KPIs
경력 및 자격요건
- HR experience in a business in expansion
- At least 2 years in a retail environment
- Exposure to processes: Talent Acquisition, Performance & Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits
- Experience in implementing and handling various HR solutions
- Ability to develop a credible and professional relationship with line management
- Well organized, self-initiative, excellent presentation and communication skills
- Good team player with strong sense of responsibility
- High level of Korean and English skills in both writing and speaking
