- Oversee a strategic review of the company's entire audience-facing digital
ecosystem and establish a vision and framework for how it should look in the
future
- Co-lead with Strategy and Technology team on the strategic development of,
and establish a clear vision for,the ABI’s digital eco-system
- Ensure Digital Experiences are always measurable, from both a behavioral data
perspective as well as a usability perspective, so that we can quantify,manage
and optimize our Digital Experience outputs.
- Projects will vary from complete re-designs of websites (currently Cheers &
Goods), apps or other digital platforms, to business as usual projects which
focus on optimizing ABI digital eco-system.
- Develop new and maintain relationships with key external digital partners.
- Understand consumer needs, perform competitive analysis, user testing and
develop insight to aid in the development of the digital experience strategy and
inform design decisions.
- Visualize concepts to represent user journeys, personas, goals and information
models.
- Co-work with Insights team to lead “DVF” along the new solution development;
Research and evaluate the consumer marketing space to build concept plans
and leverage experiential opportunities.
- Evaluate competitive landscape to monitor strengths, weaknesses, and
opportunities.
경력 및 자격요건
- Min. BA/BS and/or strong coursework focus on in Marketing Business Administration
- Good skills at consumer insight deep diving and data analysis
- Fluent proficiency in verbal and written English/Korean
- Min. 6~7 years of relevant work and/or experience in Marketing in leading CPGs
- Experience of Digital Marketing
