- Present an agreed upon Innovation strategy & execution plan
- Develop Product Mix [this include not only product [liquid, pack] but also price,
distribution, promotion] to satisfactory level
- Develop new consumer experience based on consumer trend and insights
- Deliver projects on time for new product / experience launch
- Achieve annual innovation pipeline and delivery targets
- Provide satisfactory reporting on Innovation Performance and Share of Innovation

- Min. BA/BS and/or strong coursework focus on in Marketing Business Administration
- Good skills at consumer insight deep diving and data analysis
- Fluent proficiency in verbal and written English/Korean
- Min. 5 years of relevant work and/or experience in Marketing in leading CPGs
- Success product innovation experience
- Experience of new product development process
