- Manage the retail operation for store’s best performance
- Maximize retail sales volume and gross profit by implementing sales strategies, analyzing trends and results
- Manage opening, relocation, renewal of store environment and oversea inventory, promotion and events in coordination of store project team
- Ensure implementation of in-store operation for HQ standards
- Has responsibilities of budget and cost control for all the store’s retail operation
- Managing the special projects, including store open, close, renovation etc
- Build strong collaborations with store managers
- Review and innovate operation process
- Control and negotiate with contractors including vendors related all stores
- Leverage partnerships to build and maintain a solid network of relations, staying top of mind with in charge of department store/mall/outlet.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to successfully open new/renovate/relocate/close stores.

- Over 12 ~ 15 year related experience
- Luxury industry preferred
- fluent English
- Strong leadership and management skill
