1. Digital Marketing strategy planning & execution
- Assist in managing social media channels (Naver Blog, Instagram, Facebook if needed) and editorial calendar to ensure contents pushed in a timely, relevant, and engaging manner according to both local & regional guideline.
- Platform management (i.e. posting contents, IG stories, hashtags, captions, comments/replies, engaging with followers, identifying potential prospects) responding to customer comments and messages.
- Assist in following up and collaborate with agencies (i.e. design/marketing/translation agency).
- Assist with digital contents/marketing collateral copywriting, proofing, translating and updating as needed.
Collection of data/info/contents related to various campaigns/projects
2. Digital Marketing analysis and advertisement planning
- Strategize digital advertisement by managing optimal level of budget to create the most efficient digital campaign result in various digital tools.
-Provide insightful market & digital activity report on regular base
3. Influencer program management
- Plan and manage brand’s influencer groups (young supporters) program
- Manage and support influencers digital activities
경력 및 자격요건
• Education/Degree:
- B.A. degree
• Background including total years of experience
- 3~5 years’ experience
- Digital marketing experience is highly preferred
- Related agency experience is preferred
• Technical skills:
- Proficient OA skill, especially Excel skill
- Good in numbers
• Languages:
- fluent in English, both speaking and writing
• Soft and leadership skills:
- Good knowledge in cosmetic marketing execution.
- Customer-focused and brand-addicted
- Genuinely looking forward to new challenges
- Self-starter and well organized
- Enthusiastic Team player
