Plan and execute digital marketing activations to leverage online traffic and attractiveness both for branding and sales effect
Develop and execute digital media AD strategy upon key campaigns
Manage development and distribution of social content strategies across all owned (FB, IG, Kakao) / earned / paid channels
Plan and handle local contents creation for social channels
Coordinate the master content calendar for digital and social media activations and postings working closely with global and local cross-functional teams
Manage brand’s marketing site (planned to become Brand.com in the future)
Seek for new channel opportunity and lead the possibility validation process
Develop plan and implement brand CRM strategy to engage consumer (Brand CRM programs and communication approach)
Plan and manage special giveaways for brand CRM program activation
In-charge of Digital Marketing & CRM budget spending according to plan and activation
Monitor trends of competitors’ campaign and consumer engagement activations
Work closely with stakeholders (internal team, agencies, and media partners)
경력 및 자격요건
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or above
3+ years of digital marketing or related experiences
Proven experience leading digital campaign and advertisements
Responsibility and accountability with strong multi-tasking & project management skill required
Excellent written & oral communication skills in both English and Korean (Experienced communicating with Global / Region)
