1. Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
- Participate in ERP project setup (SAP project)
- Support setup of domestic operations
- Support actions to take over business operations from current distributor

2. Inventory management
- Support merchandising manager to maintain healthy inventory levels and months on hand coverage
- Stock rotations and replenishments
- Handle defectives and shop soil inventory

3. Merchandising selection
- Support merchandising manager on product selections and buying
- Support OTB management

4. Sell through activations
- Work with retail and marketing team to reach sell through targets
- High light products in need of focus
- Support product launch schedule and activations
- Ensure timely product deliveries

5. Product feedback and trend analysis
- Provide trend analysis and competitor market analysis
- Feedback on current season
- Forward looking market needs

- 3-7 years of retail merchandising experience is must required
- Able to work independently then scale up the business
- High level of curiosity and desire to learn
- Fluent in both Korean and English
- SAP experience is a plus
