⊙ Drive the conceptualizing and creation of Brand content and ensure it resonates with the consumer
⊙ Lead end-to-end execution of all influencer campaigns through agencies, PR and/or community outreach.
⊙ Manage with the day-to-day consumer engagement strategies on social to build and maintain brand voice and community.
⊙ Plan content shoots, events, sampling partnerships and other brand initiatives.
⊙ Assist in promotional campaigns, giveaways and Customer Care needs
⊙ Track competitive performance and create competitive analysis reports as needed
⊙ Monitor customer reviews on and off site and present findings to the team as needed.
⊙ Post-launch tracking, evaluation and adaptation on these programs

경력 및 자격요건
⊙ 6+ years’ experience in social media content creation, influencer marketing for a brand (in-house or agency) with a rich digital portfolio available for review by as part of the interview process with an emphasis on IG Stories and static IG posts
⊙ Must have a strong understanding of the social media space, the Tik Tok and Instagram communities, influencers, conversations, and trends
⊙ Ability to write and edit in the brand voice
⊙ Must have an excellent eye for design and photography
⊙ Knowledge of photoshop, Sktech or InDesign
⊙ Video editing skills is a plus
⊙ Must be organized but also nimble and flexible to adjust to real-time demand
⊙ Experience in graphic design; typography, layout, composition
⊙ Beauty, CPG, or Fashion experience is preferred
⊙ Experience managing production partners and vendors
⊙ Ability to manage budgets accurately
⊙ Can think creatively and strategically with strong analytic skills
⊙ Experience with social tools/influencer tools like Net Base, Rival IQ, Sprinklr and Traackr
⊙ Must have a very collaborative spirit and ability to work cross-functionally with many different teams on projects
⊙ Strong interpersonal skills (written and oral)
⊙ Strong appreciation for our business / sensitivity to métier
⊙ Must be professional, energetic and have a positive attitude
⊙ Bi-lingual/Korean speaking is a plus
