MAIN PURPOSE

To support finance division general manager in financial reports to local management & regional HQ accurately and timely, and ensure all B/S & P/L accounts are reviewed and reconciled properly with high accuracy in timely manner



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Complete Account Payable Review and Communicate with business function(Including validating documentary evidence)
Responsible for monthly and yearly closing
Manage the monthly cash forecast and reporting
Provide guidance to employees on accounting policy, procedure, SAP system and expense claim.
Support external/internal audit, periodic tax investigation
Reviewing quarterly VAT return, Year-end corporate tax return, etc.
Support business planning and forecasting
Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly RHQ/management reporting(Including variance analysis and commentary for financial reporting)
Manage SAP FI module process
Provide ad-hoc data in the timely manner

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related
More than 10 years experience in a similar role in a medium to large international organization
SAP experience is must
Good command of English (Both spoken & written)
Good computer skill, especially with excel
Analytical and problem solving skills
Team & multi player based on strong communication skill
