The Allocator is responsible for the executional aspects of the planning. Managing ordering and inventory on a store and cluster level. Taking care of replenishment and ensuring the product flows in and out of stores according to the plan.
• Responsible for running replenishment for all SR doors including outlet at offline/online and managing the entire ordering process for all products and materials.
• Supporting market merchandising & planning team to fully execute their plans and achieve inventory and sales targets.
• Responsible to monitor inventory at store and cluster level and to manage the transfer process at end of season. Ensuring all KPIs are met and alerting planning teams and taking action as required.
• Execute Stock transfer between stores in order to maximize the sales, if necessary
• Compile regular reports and perform analysis as needed
• Prepare for the ad hoc promotions
• Co-ordinate with relevant departments to ensure that the shops are properly and sufficiently merchandised at all times
• Monitoring delivery status and tracking inbound
• Prepare stock requisition to ensure timely delivery of merchandise for all shop locations.

• University degree/ Education
• Minimum 3 to 6 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
• English proficiency skill
• SAP skill
• Excellent communication skill
• proactive approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
• Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with stakeholders
