- Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
- Work with hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts
- Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
- Develop relationships with third party agencies and staffing firms to hire market talents
- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
- Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors to attract market talents
- Plan employee referral programs
- Analyze hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
- Design, plan and manage assessing processes and life-cycle including initial assessments and interviews
- Continued to elevate the candidate and newcomer’s experience
- Attend career fairs, event and develop college recruiting programs
- Closely monitor probationary evaluations for newcomers to smoothly land
- Create and present regular KPI reports
경력 및 자격요건
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or other related majors
- Over 10 years of experience of direct sourcing, full life-cycle recruiting in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of current trends, innovations and best practices within talent acquisition
- Organized creative strategic thinker with a process-oriented approach from hiring to on-boarding
- Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence internal and external clients
- Strong social networking with existing and potential clients.
- Excellent social and interpersonal skills
- A trusted advisor for our clients in terms of fashion trends and styles.
- Retail and luxury fashion experience is preferred
