-Manage all aspects of product portfolio project management, with focus and emphasis to enhance APAC portfolio pipelines
-Work with APAC markets to develop a working, master portfolio project plan
-Lead the projects from portfolio strategic planning
(short/middle/long term pipelines) to launch preparation for all APAC markets)
-Manage the meetings with APAC marketers & regional RA for portfolio
-Develop consumer & market insight & data based new product concept for all APAC markets
-Create RFP, RFI and review proposals from vendors for local manufacturing product developments
-Report on progress against the plan & proposal of the enhancement plan to the business lead

-Has excellent skills & work experience of 8-13 years in APAC regional special project management
-Has work experiences of at least 2-3 years projects in health and/or beauty industry
-Has excellent interpersonal & communication skills and proficient in English, written and spoken.
-Highly efficient in new project initiation & new team management
-Proficient in English, written and spoken
-OEM/ODM Industry related experience plus
