• Responsible for carrying out full cycle of recruiting processes including but not limited to sourcing, application screening, conducting interviews, HRIS candidate tracking and management, offer approvals and extending job offers.
• Partner with leaders within the organization to understand and fulfil the hiring needs
• Translate workforce planning of each business unit into recruitment strategies with a cost-effective and creative manner in the recruitment function
• Create and build the candidate and talent pipeline for continuous organization growth, enhance the employer brand in the local community and job market.
• Follow through the onboarding from orientation, onboarding check-in and training to facilitate the new hires’ settle in.
• Carry out recruiting initiatives and HR programs/projects that support the expanding business of Korea and Asian markets.
• Provide coaching, counselling and feedback to managers and employees if needed.
• Prepare HR recruitment report and analytics for management review.
• Assist in ad hoc assignment and HR projects as required.
경력 및 자격요건
• With at least 3 to 5 years of experience as recruiter, preferably from start-up firms or
recruitment agencies.
• Independent, aggressive, outspoken and with good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Korean.
• Proficiency in MS Office specifically MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
